I'm Wan! I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor. I am here to offer you a safe, collaborative space to talk that’s filled with warmth and free from any judgement. Together we can explore your thoughts and feelings to gain clarity through self-awareness and growth. If you are feeling lost or just need someone to listen and support you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, then therapy is the right place for you. I can work with you through a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, race, grief and many more.
My Story
Being an integrative counsellor means that I have trained in 3 different modalities (Person centred, Psychodynamic and CBT) and can tailor my approach to best suit your needs. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor is at the heart of my practice, so it is important that you find the right counsellor for you. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation via Teams or over the phone for you to decide if I am the right therapist for you, with no obligation to continue. Then we can arrange your first appointment either in person or online.
